Without a doubt. Certainly in Modern Warfare 2. The cutscenes from Black Ops come a little closer to the quality of the cutscenes from GTA IV. The cutscenes from Black Ops are deep, but the characters (aside from Reznov, who is almost an actual person) are so... computer-like. A lot of characters from GTA IV, epsecially Niko, are people on their own, and the cutscenes emphasize that.
both games i must a dit well this two games have very good grafics and awesome play mode but the GTA IV is the real shit now cus that game has all like an actual reall city. San andreas has a reall city too but not as cool as iv that game woaw its all real how real? real like in life
gta sa is better to me because its a new game(at the time it came out) and they improved alot since gta vice. toi can eat mod cars and plenty of stuff we do in real life . gta sa is a classic game its fun for all. gta iv is ok but its also an improvement on the last game that came out gta lc which toi cannot do the same privilges as on gta sa. gta sa will always be a classic gta iv is just not the same as gta sa
