If Blair is lying and the real baby daddy is Chuck, how do toi think he will react?

I think at the end of 5x03 I think we saw that he wanted to be the father, because it would bring them back. He would be so scared, because his father never looked after him, but he knows that Blair is his true family. She's a dit it so many times! I think he would step-up and make an amazing father.
