people do not get enough fruit in there diet. something as simple as a few pieces of fruit a jour could improve your life (and maybe save it). In the United states seventy-eight million people have high blood pressure, about one in three American adults. the Lancet published a study a few years il y a involving five hundred researchers from plus than three hundred institutions in fifty country's. part of the study showed which foods, if added to the diet, might save lives. whole grains, vegetables and nut's and seed's were among the nourriture groups that people were lacking in the diet. which does the world need most?.....fruit! plus fruit in the diet (plus the other groups) can help lower blood pressure which the study identified as the number-one risk factor for death in the world.
i will share some of my favori fruit smoothie recipes to help people get plus fruit in there diets.

Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup La Reine des Neiges blueberries
1/2 cup La Reine des Neiges pitted cherries
1 La Reine des Neiges banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon amande butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add plus water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups La Reine des Neiges strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup La Reine des Neiges blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup La Reine des Neiges mango
just add water (as thick ou thin as toi prefer) blend and enjoy.

homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 La Reine des Neiges bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons amande butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and amande beurre until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture ou 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.
