What did Elsa eat when she was in the North Mountain?

Weird question, but seriously: What did she eat? Because she didn't take anything with herself and there isn't nothing, only ice and snow.

I think she didn't really need to eat during the time she spent there before Anna arrived and then Hans, knowing it was just a day, but I think that, after she decided to live in the North Mountain alone, she assumed she'd have to look for nourriture on her own somehow.
