If toi and a fellow writer are écriture a collabfic together, who should be the one to post it?

Because I always have trouble when I write collabs with others on who should publier it. Because we both do ou don't care who does, and are all like "oh, toi can post it if toi want" and "Oh no, why don't toi post it?" because we would feel guilty if we were the ones to post it, but at the same time jealous if the partner did instead...so, help!
