Is this the Snow Queen?

This was from Rebel's Got Talent, but she's been in others? Thoughts on her design? Is she really the Snow Queen ou just a background?

Yeah probably, "Once Upon a Time" considers La Reine des Neiges a fairytale so, it's possible that EAH thinks that too.

toi do realize that "Frozen" was loosely based on"The Snow Queen"which was a fairy tale written par Hans Christian Andersen?

don't know why toi didn't just correct me on not knowing what cinnamonbon meant par Snow Queen.Instead toi just told me that La Reine des Neiges was loosely based on a fairy tale. Which has very little to do with La Reine des Neiges being a fairy tale itself.The only thing it indicates is that toi thought I didn't know that La Reine des Neiges was "loosely" based on a book.This débats could've easily got needlessly complicated if I misinterpreted what cinna meant when reread the question. Btw I'm not the biggest fan of people correcting me on mistakes I made months age especially on conventional stuff such as La Reine des Neiges when there's a 1/6 chance that I didn't find out already.

toi are correct about this "snow princess" being in plus than one episode. I think I saw her in "And The Thronecoming Queen Is…". But the Ever After High Wikia considers her a backgrounder so she's not the real Snow Queen's daughter.
