Both annoy me, but I have come across so many fics where they make Draco too soft, so I think i'll go with this one.

^^Same here! I mostly read FFs in which they're both mostly in character, but I've come across a lot in which they completely change Draco's personality so that it's not even him anymore! And that seriously annoys me!
