Red taureau, bull Soapbox Race challenges everyone from amateurs to engineers to craft outrageous human-powered carts to race against the clock in a downhill sprint to the finish line. On October 13, a new batch of Rebelle souls will attempt to conquer College colline with a steep ride down Providence’s Waterman Street. This is not toi Grandpa’s soap box race, however, so expect to cheer on Lobsters, Monsters, and even a giant tortue as they roll through the course. Over fifty teams will be competing for the winning titre and grand prize. toi have no good reason not to come, unless toi dislike all things fun.
