Remember, Mulan was an ordinary every day Chinese girl a the start of the film, Pocahontas endured the harsh conditions of North America her whole life. I think she could take most of what Mulan could throw at her.

Pocahontas is fast and nimble, but she can't take the punishment Mulan would have in store for her. The closest she comes to fighting is getting pushed by Kokoum, and she weakens there. she also doesn't have nearly as many weapons at her disposal as Mulan does
