Everyone lies. plus Aladdin is generous because he gave his food away to vhildren knowing he was starving. Flynn steals stuff because he wants money

I think both of them are on the same "level".
But as I said before in a comment (Im to lazy to repeat it).

Aladdin steals to live and Flynn lives to steal.

Flynn's sacrifice is more meaningful. He died for Rapunzel for God's sake! You can see that he becomes selfless and grows as a person. Aladdin, on the other hand, he is rather selfish throughout, and I don't remember him giving up ANYTHING for Jasmine. He does give up his last wish for Genie, yeah, but what did he do for Jasmine that is just as worthy? Nothing. He constantly lies and tries to woo her for her money and for her looks at first. He is even an idiot to not even realize that Jasmine loved him on their first meeting, and he goes to act like a douchebag and uses magic and riches to wow her. Hell, he was even trying to decide Jasmine's future when he was talking with Jafar and the Sultan. So yeah, in other words, Flynn saw Rapunzel as a person, and Aladdin saw Jasmine as a prize to be won.

Same reasons. I mean, I can see why Flynn would be worse than Aladdin, but Al was just way too cocky and never is "reformed" in his bad aspects. At least Flynn changed.

@ppgbelle4: Now that I think of it, you're right! And I'm not blaming it on Aladdin's past, either. Flynn had it worse, right? And he changed! So Aladdin should act better...or know better...or something.
