Ariel is kinda similar to Belle in that there are a few moments were she doesn't always look the same. Also she is the only princess whose face and hair is outlined entirely in black ink.

She always looks slightly different in every scene to me! ;)

I was flicking through her scenes for a YouTube video and her face gets pretty inconsistent at times.
I think Tiana should win this. Human her never ever looks different in a single screencap. Ever. I wasn't flicking through the frog bits as much, but I reckon it was pretty much the same there.
