As I said before, the Evil Queen is less scary - both Mor'Du and Shan Yu would be able to kill with their bare paws/hands on the spot without having to resort to magic.
If I saw the Evil Queen coming, I wouldn't run like I would if I saw Mor'Du.

I think they're both pretty scary. But like ace2000 said having to face an animal would just be terrifying. At least with the queen, you have a chance of beating her if you're smart enough.

I find physical power much more terrifying. The Evil Queen is completely dependent on her magic whereas Mor'Du can rip u apart alone with it's sheer strength. You also cant reason with a wild angry bear as you can with The Evil Queen.
