Worst as in bad and stupid, or worst as in they're smart and cunning....?

Well, out of these I'd say the evil Queen from Snow White. The fact that she was jealos of her thirteen year old stepdaughter and actually tried to kill her numerous times- I find that incredibly pathetic. I mean, come on... She's THIRTEEN. You know, still going through puberty? She is evil, yes... But for the dumbest of ways.

Why is he still here? He is an awful Villain! He made alot of stupid mistakes and realied on a Parrot....The women that are left were alot more evil and vindictive....

He's pretty cool but there's a lot of ruined potential with him.

Over the course of this countdown, a lot of Fanpopers have brought up things about Jafar that I have always overlooked. Iago gives him most of his ideas, he does not think through a lot of his decision, and he is so stupid. How does he not recognize Aladdin? Jasmine recognizes him almost immediately, and the Sultan never saw him other than his Prince Ali form. He relies on his trinkets way too much. Definitely a lot of wasted potential with him.

She's nothing but scary!

As I explained already she was pretty lame in the end of the movie.

1. He is dumb! Too stupid to recognize Aladdin, too stupid to make his owns plans instead of relying on an annoying parrot, so stupid that he defeats himself in the end!
2. His design is not creative, it's nearly an exact copy of Maleficant. The way he holds his staff, him turning into a snake, everything which makes him at least look threatening is copied from her!

And he looks stupid in the white clothes.

I don't find her interesting and she is just a less menacing version of Cinderellas step mummy

He may be funny, but he never has any good ideas that work. They all come from other characters

Compared with the others, who are classic, she's merely ok. She's a bit of a rip-off from other villains. Her motive is vanity, like Evil Queen, she locks her step-child in a tower, like Frollo.

My next choice would be Mother Gothel.

She's manipulative but she doesn't really have much power in her hands, her only power was Rapunzel's hair. To me she looked really lost and even powerless when Rapunzel was runaway. Just if Rapunzel has been away few more days and she'd probably died as she was getting every day older and older.

HE'S NOTHING BUT PURE EVIL!! but to me not the worst villain maybe #2
