I always figured that all villains end up in some sort of hell - so his ending is nothing special, he gets just dragged in, for the other the process is more...painful.

Yeah but I find some more interesting than others. I think Shan Yu's, Gastons, and Maleficent's are good but it depends on what you mean by worst. I'm guessing most painful but I can't tell what you mean exactly.
