Hi people! So, like the titre says, this is my liste of the DP movies. Please remember that this is my opinion, so it is okay to not agree and have different opinions since everyone has different opinions. But please don't be rude about my list. Well, I've wanted to write this for a while but it took me a long time to figure out my entire list. Enjoy! :)
#11: Sleeping Beauty
I didn't want this to end up here, since I really do like Aurora. But the main reason this was all the way down here was because I only enjoyed the parts with Aurora in it. And that is like, 18 minutes. During the rest of the movie, I was pretty bored. So that only makes um, almost a quarter of the movie I actually enjoyed. Of course, I do not dislike Aurora, but her movie is sadly in last place.
#10: Brave
The reason it's above SB is that I'm the kind of person that likes excitement, and well, obviously Rebelle is much plus exciting than Sleeping Beauty. But the fact that I don't really like Merida puts it down here...
#9: Pocahontas
The animation is amazing. The musique is amazing. The message was amazing. Wait, why isn't this higher up if it's so amazing? Well, there's just one thing that wasn't amazing about this movie. The characters. Don't get me wrong, I like Pocahontas and Meeko and a few other characters, but in general the characters are either unlikable to me ou do not have a part big enough in the movie to make me like them. So I do not dislike the movie itself, but the characters. But since the characters are one of the most important things in a movie/story, this makes the movie not as enjoyable as it would have been.
#8: Cinderella
Yes, I did promise Cendrillon wouldn't be low on my liste in my best DP article, but my opinion changed just a slight. I moved up a movie so it caused this to déplacer down. Anyway, the reason this was #8 was because, again, not exciting enough. Oh, it had suspense such as when Lady Tremaine locked her in her room and Jaq and Gus had to rescue her, but that one very suspenseful moment wasn't enough to make up for the lack of excitement through out the rest of the movie. So this isn't actually a bad movie, it's just not exciting enough for my taste.
#7: Mulan
Mulan was an excellent movie when I watched it the first few times, but after a while it starts to get a little old. And then I wait a while and watch it again and I think it's amazing once more. So my only problem with this movie is that after I get bored of it, I have to wait for a while to watch it again to feel its epicness.
#6: The Little Mermaid
Now this movie originally was what, last place? As many of toi know, I am one of those people who dislike Ariel and Eric. So am I a TLM hater? Well, not really. See, even though I'm not all that fond of its two main characters, the movie is a different thing. I can totally see why it had started the Disney Renaissance, and it was a pretty good movie considering that I don't like the main characters. So, if I HAD liked the main characters, this movie would have been a lot higher. par the way, this was the movie that had caused Cendrillon and Mulan to déplacer down because I raised it from 11th to 6th.
#5/#4: Aladdin/Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
I struggled for a long time on whether SWATSD ou Aladin should be 5th, but I couldn't figure it out and finally settled with a tie. I liked the animation in Aladdin, and the story was alright, and of course I liked Jasmine. But I didn't find the songs in this movie as fantastic as some of the others, and I didn't like Aladin a whole lot. SWATSD has everything one of those old, classic films should have, the wholesomeness of childhood. But there was one thing that botherd me. The dwarfs. SHOCKER! I liked the dwarfs in some scenes like in the "Silly Song" and when they first meet Snow and the ending, but all the other times they just annoy me. I don't hate them, but they are really annoying to me.
#3: Beauty and the Beast
This movie is extremely overrated, but everyone knows why. Of course it was the first animated film to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar. Yet I've always felt that there was a problem with the plot. I felt that they dragged the beginning out and prevented her from meeting the Beast as long as they could. Of course, I think there are many other plot problems but that is just my main one. But then, it could just be me. After all, lots of people think this movie is perfect. ou almost perfect.
#2: Tangled
For a long time I really thought this was my favourite movie, because Rapunzel was my favourite Disney Princess. But the moment I realized I didn't watch this film as much as my #1 proved that it couldn't be my favourite Disney Princess movie. Truth to be told, the only reason this is number 2 is because I wasn't able to watch it the same number of times I watched my fave without getting bored of watching it. But still, I've managed to watch this 14 times before I got bored of watching it.
#1: The Princess and the Frog
I actually didn't watch this movie until 2012, mainly because I forgot its complete existence, which I was very guilty of doing. But the moment I started this movie I fell in l’amour with it, and thankfully never forgot about it ever again. I don't even understand why so many people hate this movie, I mean, I've watched it 23 times and never found some major fatal problem that so many people seem to think there is. But maybe it's just because I'm blind to that major problem and everyone else can see it...? I'm not sure, but feel free to tell me what your major problem is with TPATF is in the commentaires (that is, if toi found a major problem.) So this is my favourite movie simply because I never got bored of it whereas I easily get bored with lots of the other films on this list. I could watch it over and over until I memorize the lines and still not get bored of it. Well, I'm a weird person, that's all I can say.
Thanks for reading! :)

salut everybody! Happy DMLK day! I'll celebrate par some mixed people...
Lottie and Tia!
I like that even in their racist times Tiana and Lottie were Friends all the way... I'm sure in events before the movie, Charlotte's light skinned Friends judged her because she was Friends with Tia and Tia's darker dark skinned Friends didn't trust Lottie... I found this relationship sweet... she even risked a life-long dream for Tia. Can this friendship get anymore sweeter???
:') They've been Friends since they were 5 ou 7... unlike Pocahontas and her BFF... we don't know a lot about them... she seemed like a character after those sailors... but Lottie and Tia have that kind of friendship. The highlight is their times. Talk about racist! So yeah that's it!
This Friendship is perfect for today!
[I] I'll do it but for toi Tia, no marriage included![I]
