When toi end a season as shocking as The Vampire Diaries just did, toi have to make yourself available to answer a lot of questions. That’s just what Julie Plec did, and she cleared up a lot of mystery surrounding the last episode in Season 3.

I think having Elena go from “always Stefan” to “I don’t know about always” because of her feelings for Damon is supposed to be a very very slow progression of her feelings from Stefan to Damon.
