"AM: What is your favori character to write?

LJS: The same as most: Damon. I l’amour écriture it! And he will go through tough times psychologically in the suivant two books. I'll tell toi something that did not tell anyone: it will turn human! And do not know how to handle it. But of course he will return to being a vampirebefore the end. I will present a new character who will be responsible for turning Damon into a vampire again. But I think this change will make Damon and Bonnie come plus closer. I receive many emails saying that people will kill if these two were not together while others ask for it to be with Elena. It will be interesting to see what people will think (laughs). They are involved both with the characters!"
