Dale Talde is a chef with good experience. He was born in Chicago IL and open a restaurant there. Then he opened one in Newyork called Buddhakan in which he works there with Angelo. They were both in Topchef and Topchef all stars. Dale was in season 4. He ccoks asian style cooking and is very creative which make him unique. Dale once cooked with an iron to make a grilled cheese in the Target episode and he actually won the challenge! But that didn't stop him from loosing on one of the later episodes.:( He is still my favori haut, retour au début chef contestant ever though. DALE ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
