Where can I soumettre a new comic ou sell a comic I created so the media/animators can use for their own production?

i don`t really know if this would work but toi could call up a comic book store and ask them if that doesn`t work maybe toi could make your own website and then put it on there ou type it on there and then see if anybody likes it.

What I would do is look into a bunch of different comic book industries and go on their websites and see if they accept unsolisited proposals
