You need to create a forum and notify the spot that you're doing so, give a deadline, of at least two weeks to a month, to give time for people to actually make something. THEN you can make a pick. And if you don't have time to do all of this or you think it's too long, then don't bother changing the look. If you wanna do something, do it right or not at all.
