Does anybody understand most of the political dialogue they speak in code geass?

cause most of the time i have no clue what there talking about but I soon enough i Get what they were saying?

No, its hard for me to understand what they're saying too cuz they use a bunch of terms that I dont get...and I have a short attention span :P But toi should read the Code Geass novelizations, it really helps
