Will Montgomery be the one to kick the bucket this season?

He seems to be the most likely candidate other than Martha and on the TV guide magazine article the cast was in to memorialize their fan awards, Roy wasn't in any of the pictures. Now, even though that might be justified par him being a minor character; even Lanie, Alexis, and Martha were in the pictures. But not Roy. So any ideas? ou am I just behind and they already spilt out that Roy was going to be the one to drop?
