In your opinion, who was the best partner for Buffy? Sorry if this has been asked.

Spike has been the better partner for Buffy. Even when he was evil he never abandoned her (like some other vampire *coughAngelcough*) and helped her fight Glory. And although I wasn't happy about the rape storyline it made Spike realize that inside he was still a monster and would never be worthy of Buffy which is why he fought for his soul.
And if you've been lire the comics, right now I'm not too happy with Angel and Spike is STILL trying to help Buffy.

In my opinion it is Spike. What they had wasn't perfect and flawless, but they've been through so much together. He fought for his soul for her. He broke down the walls around her heart. They saw each others bad and good sides and everything they've been through only made them stronger.

ANGEL! Of curse, it's all about ANGEL! ;D

I have to say it is Angel. Every one else for the most part is saying Spike but let's face it the two knew each other for such a short time and he already knew her well enough and loved her enough to realize he could never give her what she wants and need so he ended it. I mean isn't the essance os if toi really l’amour her give her up when toi realize toi must.

I like how everyone who says Spike has a vaild reason backing it up and everyone who says Angel goes "He's herr 1 tru luvvv, 1st luvv 4eva". XD

Spike may have tried to rape her when he Lost the plot but that's not half as bad as when Angel turned evil and tourmented Buffy and went after the people she loved.

I don't know.. Angel went evil and hurt her, Spike tried to rape her, so i guess i have to say Riley, because he never really did anything really hurtfully, just got addicted to vampbites, and well, even though i don't like him that much that is the least bad thing boys have done to buffy..

I will have to say Spike even if he did go crazy and tried to rape her.
I never liked Riley, and Angel hurt her physically and emotionally.

It's totally Spike. I mean, Angel was nice for a little while, but Spike was there even when Buffy thought he was a piece of crap and he worked hard for her love. Plus, they can have sex and one of them not lose his soul and turn evil.

Spike. Unlike Riley and Angel, Spike actually "knows" her.

I say Spike ou Xander. I luv Angel and Riley, but they don't know her very well and Spike knows her lots and Xander is her best friend and human. No throwing knives at computer screens please.

I would say Spike one he is my favori character and seconde he always loved Buffy and even when he trys to kill her he always feels bad and in the episode ''Fool For Love'' he was going to shoot her but he saw her crying and changed his mind and ask could he help her and sat down beside her and patted her back!

Riley she would have the most normal life with. She could go out in the jour with them. She could get breakfast ou dinner. Not just blood. She could even have children with him. But at the same time, he can fight with her. He can protect her. He can give her a life in both worlds, which either vampire can't.
