I know a great brownie recipe from Jamaica. My grama told it to me.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of beurre of margerine
3/4 cup sugar
2 medium size eggs
1 cup flour
1/4 instant chocolate
1/3 cup cacahuète, arachide Butter
1/4 cup chocolat pieces/ peanuts
Method:
1. Chop peanuts.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat beurre until melted.
3. Cool. Stir in the sugar and eggs.
4. Beat slightly par hand just until combined. Stir in flour.
5. remove 3/4 of the batter and set aside.
6. Stir the instant chocolat into the remaining batter in the saucepan.
7. Spread chocolat batter into a greased and lined baking pan. Set aside.
