Apparently Chuck was planning to take Blair to Tuscany. She was waiting for him up on the helipad (where the helicopters land I suppose) and he never showed (I don't know why, but I hope/think he has a good enough reason). So she leaves on the helicopter with another guy (who knows where).

The point is HE WAS TAKING HER SOMEWHERE!!!!!! I hope hope hope this means they were/are together!

Knowing Chuck, he probably does have a good reason. I don't think he would just blow Blair off like that. I have faith in my BB <3
