Sorry if I'm being a pain in the neck, but whenever someone asks me who I think the 'best villain' is in something, I always ask them to be more specific. Do you mean: 'Who is my favourite character out of the villains?', or 'Which villain is the most evil?', or 'Which villain is the best at putting the good guys into bad situations, thus giving the anime an interesting story line?'. Thanks in advance for the answer, and sorry again if I'm being a drag. :P
