In my time off of fanpop (approx. 1 year), I have delved into the cœur, coeur of Anime. I found many great Stories, Novels, Comics, TV shows, Movies, even video games. But one novel series impressed me so much, that it has to be recognized par the masses. It involves an 11-year old boy named Artemis Fowl, who has a more-than-capable bodyguard named Butler, who sets off to capture a fairie. Upon capturing the fairie (named houx Short), Artemis realizes that there is a whole fairie world underground, which is centuries ahead of human technology. He decides to hold the fairie hostage, and in return for the fairie, the fairie race must give him all of their gold, so he can uphold the family buisness. It's really a great series, (that was just a summary of the first book) but I think I made it sound cheesy. Just go to the Artemis Fowl wiki to learn plus about it. I'm hoping I can turn this type of article into a weekly thing, because I learned a lot of animé stuff in my an off. Well, I guess, tune in suivant week for another great series!
