Name a shounen, jousei, ou seinen series with either no romance ou no token female character.

toi know the formula; a group of 3 to 4 boys & the one ou 2 girls that travel with them.

The girl is always a demeaning character who's sole purpose is to either be the l’amour interest ou to provide T&A....or both.

Some I'm looking for any of these:

*It's just a group of dudes. All female characters are either relatives ou minor characters.

*A completely finished series that just ends with all l’amour unrequited, no hookups, no reciprocated feelings.

*Has a girl, but there is no canonical romantic ou sexual tension; she's just one of the guys.

*All of the women are just f**king insane & the boys are turned off par that. Also counts for Unwanted Harem.

*A shounen series written par a woman who used to have lots of ecchi cheesecake panchira fanservice for men, but has really toned it down over the years, & even seems to be pandering plus to female fans.

*Reverse Harem shoujo series with some backbone; fighting, blood, a story that's not about dating & school.

Examples:
*Hunter x Hunter. (Total sausagefest).
*Peacemaker Kurogane.
*Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro.
*Yugioh. (Yuugi & Anzu never hook up).
*Gintama. (A good example of an Unwanted Harem).
*Gensoumaden Saiyuki.
*Slayers (The Lina-Gourry thing was dropped after the first season).
*Housin Engi.
*GetBackers (Troll auteur sank the ship).
*Happy Lesson (he does not want).
*Kuroshitsuji (Debatable if Sebastian will allow Ciel to live long enough to marry Lizzy. the series also seems to be getting gayer).
*Hetalia.
*Kyou Kara Maoh (Ouran in Wonderland if Haruhi really was a guy).


Supposed examples I need verified because I haven't seen them yet:

*Ao no Exorcist.
*Junjou Romantica.
*Death Note.

MDR if youre looking for a series on that liste toi put where the female characters are just side characters with no relationships junjou romantica and sekaiichi hatsukoi are perfect cause theyre pretty much as gay as youre gonna get for an actual series. and theyre both really good.

and togainu no chi has like no female characters at all but the animé is really bad so i dont recommend it.

Though they are a rare breed indeed, all two (lol) of the female Junjou characters are awesome. xD

yea they totally are! i seriously l’amour the female characters in junjou romantica theyre as awesome as the male characters lol.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - insane female characters, unwanted harem, minor amounts of ecchi, no real romance

Hellsing - seinen, no romance, female main characters who aren't l’amour interests

Oreimo - seinen, little to no romance, female lead who isn't a l’amour interest

P. S. In Ao no Exorcist, Shiemi isn't really much besides a l’amour interest. However, though it's unclear what way Katou will take the manga, she and Rin weren't together at the end of the anime. l’amour interest is also Misa's main role in Death Note, though Light clearly has no interest in her, and they certainly don't end up together in the end. Code Geass has a good amount of romance in it, but Lelouch doesn't end up with anyone in the end.

Samurai 7- One female character is fixated on one of the antagonist but it is completely one sided. can be some what annoying at times but the over all story makes up for it.

Deadman Wonderland - no l’amour interests that i can think of that would hinder the story line. violent & chaotic A+ altho another onethats left open ended

Death Note - one sided l’amour interests an one annoying chienne but everybody gets what they deserve in the end MDR very well written good suspense.

Code Geass- one of the BEST animé i have ever seen even if there is a couple of annoying l’amour interests none of them go anywhere tho. methodically thought out,well written, action, suspense, drama, comedy toi name it it has it. seriously, out of everything you've seen, this shouldn't be missed!

Oooo i've been wanting to see togainu no chi!! i didnt realize it was an animé (thought it was just a pc game) i have to check this one out an i'll let ya know ;D

Junjou Romantica - likable characters, 3 different stories, some better than others, all female characters are minor

Togainu no Chi- all guys, HOT guys, story is interesting. violent, lots of fighting all dudes no women (so far, I've gotten to ep 5) i like it , its not exactly oooo, ahhh - an it moves at its on pace , but its not boring. LOOOVE Shiki XD
