hmmm there are a few i think are "the best". i think probably junjou romantica, ouran highschool host club, otome youkai zakuro, shugo chara, sekaiichi hatsukoi, fruits basket etc all that stuff i would consider some of the best

Think of it as a G-rated pêche, peach Girl set in the late 80s/early 90s.
