It's not anyone in particular.. just something that came to mind and I drew!

I like the entire face. The hat, hair, and runny mascara ou tattoo looks all very nice.

Its not bad. suivant time just make the hair longer, ou face smaller. Keep practicing, and toi will definatly get better. <3
