Does this look like Kyoya?

This is the third time I've ever drawn anime. I recently discovered I could do it, because before I'd always thought I could never do the hair right.

Anyways, I just wanted to ask other people if this really does look like Kyoya Ootori from Ouran Highschool Host Club.

I know he doesn't have the glasses, but like I said, this is the third time I've drawn an animé picture. I didn't want to risk messing it up, because I thought it was good the way it was.
