I'm so confuzed par this....

My sister bought me an animé plush toy and the warning a dit this:WARNING:-CHOKING HAZARD-small parts.Not for children under 15 years.I don't get that!I'm so confuzed....

The not for children under 15 years of age might be because of the animé itself. (I'm not positive what Bleach is rated)
