No, these are only fan clubs created par fans. We share photos, videos, links, opinion, etc. but there aren't any célébrités here. For example, this fan club (Andrew Lincoln) was created par a fanpop user for us all to be able to talk about him on this website, but he's not on this website.
If toi want to contact him, you'll probably find him on twitter or/and facebook. toi can also write him a letter and send it to his fan mail (google it)!
