Most Disturbing?

I've been seeing a lot of dementedI shows lately and it made me wonder what is the most disturbing scene ou WTF scene. Obviously for me it is Fionna and Cake. And I think toi can tell what is disturbing there.

But if toi mean "most disturbing animated thing," it's going to be Zero Apocalypse, Mad taureau, bull 34, Violence Jack, Dead Leaves, Grave of the Fireflies, Barefoot Gen, Now & Then Here & There, Furi-Kuri, Green Legend Ran, Serial Experiments Lain, Shadow étoile, star Narutaru, Eikan, Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro 2, ou some other R rated anime.
