How to act like...

Does anyone have conseil on how to act like Carolyn Jones as Morticia Addams and Yvonne De Carlo as Lily Munster? Because I want to make a character and act like she has a bit of both in her but still original. I have a slight southern accent and I don't want to sound like it when I'm acting. Any advice?
