I actually liked the new Freddy's voice, however I do have to say that the new Freddy sounds a lot like Rorschach. I will miss the jokey Freddy though. I do think Jackie's size did Krueger some good. However, the new Freddy's back story is more disturbing then the original, even though Wes Craven originally intended Freddy to be a "child molester", I feel him being just a "child killer" was scary enough. I have to say that it's a tie between Old Freddy and New Freddy.
