You're probably wondering about law enforcement and government par now, luckily Miss Bird and myself have recently worked this out, so let me explain.

The government is run the same way but with supernaturals as opposed to humans.

Law enforcement officers have been replace par Zombies as well as several other federal and civil jobs. But, this is where it gets a little complicated, i'll be using an edited version of the Vampire Knight pyramid in order to explain a little better.

Long il y a there was a Native American tribe which lived in coexistence with the wolves. When the tribe was ambushed par the White Men the high priest and priestess put an ancient spell on the loup pack, giving them higher intelligence and the ability to speak. In addition each loup developed a power of sorts. Generation after generation the loups retained their gifts and passed down the stories of the tribe.
