I read the vampire diaries livres and it is not like anything compared to the series. 1. elena has blonde hair and blue eyes and not brown. 2. Caroline is not Elena's best friend, it's Bonnie and meridieth. Caroline is the enemy in the book. 3. The series starts weird. 4. The book has a better storyline. 5.
