She was the spitting image of the man in front of her. The man sighed “You shouldn't do this,” He a dit pleading for her to stay “Dad toi know I have to retrieve it!” The girl was getting annoyed that her dad was all ways tying to get her to stay, she need to complete this mission for the league! “Why cant toi send Carter? At least he is indestructible,” He tried to convince, the girl remained unswayed and was finishing the touch ups on the machine. “Yeah, indestructible and and slower than a rock and about as cunning as one,” She sighed “ Jacob? Natalie?” He offered “Too uninformed, too raw,” She explained quickly “What about Michal?” The girl immediately stiffened at the name she spun around and opened her mouth to speak but then immediately shut it. “You at least a dit goodbye? Right?” The Dad asked the girl sighed sadly “No, toi know him if I say anything he’ll come over here and stop the project attempting to stop me! That can’t happen, he is extremely protective, I appreciate that but still there is too much riding on this. For him to try to be....him,” She a dit sadly and finished touch ups on the machine. “Thats what I like about him,” The dad muttered softly then spoke “He’s just like his parents,” He chuckled softly the girl smiled. “Is the machine ready?” “All systems go, just need toi to boot it up and check the time and I’m ready to go,” “So recap when toi get there-” “Immediately find the Titans, no need to waste being a hero, then without giving too much about the future tell them the situation, get the package and get out through signaling you, if that fails get the criminal Warp and have him open a time portal and escape,” She a dit rather quickly “And whatever toi do-” her dad warned “Don’t try to find you,” She finished, her father smiled and opened the portal “Get ready!” He yelled over the roar of electronics “Go Silvia!” He yelled when the systems peaked, but as soon as she stepped in the dials whirred then changed the rendez-vous amoureux, date “NO!” He yelled but it was too late his daughter was gone.
