Ok, for the suivant two weeks ou so things were pretty smooth, there weren’t any bank robberies, attempted homicide, etc. Of course I had to jinx myself.
I was just rolling along one evening, minding my own business, heading to Cadmus. Then a woman’s scream, an explosion, and toi can guess the rest.
The weird thing was it was almost exactly like my précédant robbery encounter two weeks before, even at the same bank, Hometown of D.C. toi may think of it as suspicious ou just a coincidence. I, unfortunately, was stupid enough to pick the latter choice.
I rolled over to the crowd and saw, well mainly heard the robbers, ski masks and all. Now if toi want to talk about weird these robbers were definitely not veterans of the business. It was a band of five, the oldest sounded only about 18, none of them had conventional weapons like guns, in fact two had bows and arrows, a blonde girl with a green bow was yelling at a red headed guy, a red headed girl was trying to break them up and the youngest, 13 I think, was snickering in the background.
Finally the oldest, which had a red bow, shot an Arrow that exploded the bank’s front door and windows. He walked in and took the entire bank hostage. The blonde muttered something then followed as the two red heads walked in, then the youngest yelled out “Anyone tries anything… well toi know what the guy will do!”
“This cannot be good.” I thought to myself. “I know I told Doc I would try to stay out of trouble, if I could… I haven’t been caught yet. Who’s going to catch me now? But these robber’s are so weird, they’re way different from any I’ve encountered before. Ugh, just forget it! If I don’t do something people are going to get hurt!
I made up my mind to help, then rolled into the same alleyway I had been in just two weeks before. They shadows were deep and dark, perfect for a fuse. I turned full shadow form and headed to the back. The blonde and the red head dude were chargement some bags of cash into an armored truck. I took a deep breath and thought “You’ve already made your choice and you’re getting a serious case of déjà vu.” I sighed “Might as well go with it.”
I formed my shadow self as the Caped Crusader. I made sure that the robbers saw me. The blonde was the first to notice she dropped the cash bags and drew her bow, aimed it right at me. “There it is!” She yelled. The red head disappeared and appeared right behind me.
“What?!” He yelled “It-It’s just a shadow!”
I panicked and hid in the alleyway shadows. “What the heck?” I thought “That kid he…he moved so fast… like a… like a flash…”

Eyes of Artemis
Dick’s POV:
He let a small laugh escape through his mouth. He knew it was Artemis and maybe she knew he was Robin. But it was a tiny chance he looked at her, standing in the crowd talking to Rachel a senior year. He smiled. Artemis was in good hands.
Artemis POV:
“Thanks” She putted the papers in her bag. “tomorrow a need them back so don’t forget them.” “Got it.” Artemis answered. Rachel started to talk “Well, let’s start then, We are now in the hall of the Gotham academy.” Artemis looked around, everybody was to their lessons except a few. The hall itself was made of grey, silvery stone. The mur reflected the blue sky and she thought of the strange boy. “Are toi coming ou not?” Rachel stood in the giant stanchion. “I’m coming.” As she walked to Rachel remembering the mysterious laugh.

Epilouge:
Slade moved into the room. He bowed before the dark shadow. The voice spoke to him.
“You failed me Slade.”
“I know master. But she is stronger than we first expected.”
“Yes. I know. I expected as much from her. But we now have her in a dangerous position.”
“Master?”
“Shade must make her choice. She has followed the Light for seventy years. Now, she must choose whether she is willing to risk everything ou to continue to play hero.”
“And if she chooses hero?”
“She won't.”
“But Master-”
“Shade thinks she is in the clear. But I have one last trick up my sleeve.”
