I walked down the familiar hallways of the dojo with Tiny and Killer and went into my room. It was just as I had left it. I lit the three candles on my small table, even though it was light in my room.
“Master Night? May I speak to you?” asked a voice from the door. I turned around to find the blonde haired Leah standing at my door.
“Of course Leah” I gestured for her to come in. She timidly came in. I motioned for her to sit. She sat down.
“Master Night, where did toi come from?” she asked
“I was in man’s world. I had been exiled for a small amount of time” I explained
“What is it like in mans world?” she asked
“Bright, loud, rude and dangerous. But, it is also exciting, raw, exhilarating and breath taking” I a dit dreamily
“Then why did toi leave?” she asked
“I was needed here” I said
“With all do respect, is that the only reason? toi seem to l’amour mans world” she pointed out. I closed my door.
“There is one plus reason. But it is a secret” I added
“I will take it to my grave” she promised
“I fell in love. Then he broke my heart” I murmured. I heard someone yell. I got up quickly and ran to the noise. Carol was running down the hall.
“We are being invaded. Six people from mans world came here. Ro, Persephone, Harmony, Bri and Pallas are trying to hold them off, but the last I saw Bri and Pallas were down.” Carol informed me. We quickly ran to the dojo courtyard and found Ro standing in the way of six people. Everyone else was down. Carol and Leah ran up beside her. I walked up slowly. I turned invisible and quickly gathered the rest of my students. I woke each one and we stood against the six people. I stepped forward.
“I must ask toi to leave now, ou risk being killed” I warned
“I didn’t know toi killed, Night” commenté one. They stepped into the light and I gasped. It was the team. I kept my face an impassive mask.
“You have trespassed on sacred grounds. Leave now ou be destroyed” I warned again, bringing out my sai’s. My students brought out their weapons.
“Night, we’re friends. I thought toi would be happy to see us” Wally tilted his head
“I do not wish to harm you, but if toi don’t leave, I will be obligated to attack” I growled
“Night, toi a dit we could call if we needed help” Robin pointed out
“Yes. I a dit toi could call, not trespass and attack my students” I growled
“They attacked us first” Robin protested
“They were doing their job” I said. Kalder came forward.
“TRAITOR!” I yelled and whipped my sai at his head.
