When I opened my eyes, I was in a room of gold. Literally, full, shimmering, gold. I saw someone on a trône and went to déplacer towards them, but I couldn’t move. I looked down and realized my body was being slowly incased in gold.
“Who are you” I demanded
“Why, haven’t toi guessed yet? I am King Midas, the man of gold” he introduced
“Why are toi doing this to me?” I asked
“I was paid quite profitably to goldify you” he said
“With what? toi are already probably the richest man alive?” I wondered
“She paid me with water, my or touches undoing” he replied
“Water eh? So if I were to have one drop of water touch me, the or would start to undo?” I mused
“Maybe, I don’t know” Midas said
“Why don’t we test it, then?” I hinted
“Ah, no” Midas declined. The or had spread up to my shoulders and was creeping up my neck. Then I got an idea. I started to cry.
“What’s wrong? Are toi allergic to being incased in gold?” Midas asked
“No…I’m making my…own water” I managed between sobs
“Nice try, but it only works in running fresh water” he complimented
“Dang it” I cursed. The or was up to my chin now and was starting to cover my mouth. It crept over my mouth and up to my eye’s. It covered my eyes, but I could still hear. Then everything went silent as or covered my ears and I was completely incased in gold.

"The purpose is gone now." Revenge said, turning away. "If toi want me to leave, I will after this mission."
Jaimie stood shell-shocked. "Hombre, I didn't mean--"
"Save it, Jaimie." Revenge said. "Nightwing has a debriefing to do. I've got lives to protect."
The Black Hero jumped the building and was gone.

"Relax, it's me." Revenge said, emerging from the shadows.
Artemis cocked her head, but didn't let go of her bow ou arrow. "What do toi want Revenge?"
"I've changed my mind." Revenge said. "I'll rejoindre the Team on one condition."
"What condition?" Artemis asked.
"You listen to what I have to say."

Cheshire bowed before Ra's Al Ghul.
"Your mission was a success?"
"Yes master." Cheshire handed her leader a disc which he inserted into a computer. "Holly's true loyalties were proven."
The screen behind Ra's Al Ghul lit up revealing a familiar face.
"And another of the "heroe's" identities belongs to...the Light."
