Costume: he basically just throws a grey hoodie on (see picture)
Personality: laid-back, trustworthy, focuses on the little things in life, doesn’t like to waste anything
Skills: stealth, hand-to-hand, good at philosophical thinking and at riddles
Powers: empathy
Past: Nikita was born in Germany and lived there for three years of his life, then he moved to America. His dad was once a big businessman, but became bankrupt, and the family colombe into poverty. His mother decided to try and find a part-time job, and became a test agent for medical labs in the city. When Nikita turned five, they found out he had a mental deficiency. One of the scientists his mother worked for asked if he could use Nikita to test a cure for the deficiency. His mother reluctantly agreed. The cure worked, but Nikita developed empathetic powers as a side effect. The family eventually made it into the middle class, but it wasn’t until Nikita was twelve. He doesn’t take anything for granted, and he has three little sisters that he puts before himself. He came to the team through Fin after he found her once, passed out, slightly smoking and bleeding from her left arm.
Other: he likes to read older, classic authors like Leo Tolstoy and Alexandre Dumas. His favori book is The Three Musketeers, and he’s read about half of War and Peace. In his free time he likes to hang out near the animal shelters, ou drive down to the country and ride his horse, whose name is Jlaal ((indian name that means Glory of the Faith-- thanks Raven~)). Has a slight accent.

Summary:
When sunspots appear, they can control Static's powers, sometimes causing his magnetic force to rage and become out of control, while other times, his powers simply vanish. Until the sunspots disappear (which is unpredictable), Static has no control over his powers at all.

Okay, here are the facts, confirmed par Greg Weissman himself:
As of 2.05 "Bloodlines" Cissie is 14. Bart is 14.
When asked about Cissie, Greg at first stated Cissie's ten seconde cameo was merely a "taste"
Bart and Cissie had a romantic relationship in the comics.
Cissie King-Jones did appear in "Insecurity". (She was the blonde girl fascinated with Arty saving her dad.
Greg refuses to confirmer ou deny the archer in the poster is male ou female. Though it is most likely male.
GREG WEISSMAN HAS STATED THAT IF donné ENOUGH EPISODES (Season 3/4) CISSIE KING-JONES WILL RETURN AS ARROWETTE!!!!!!

Summary:
During the Christmas season, ice and snow blow through Dakota. Static soon realizes it comes from a Bang Baby with cryogenic powers named Permafrost. Permafrost, however, is merely a young homeless, orphaned girl who has mental problems from trauma as a young child, who can not control her powers as they occur when people ignore her as she begs on the streets. Static must somehow convince her to calm down and accept his help.
In two days, Young Justice will be ADDED to the Countdown Episode List. That's right. You'll have an episode of Static and YJ to watch.
BUT IT'LL BE AWESOME!!!!
