suzalulu from code geass (but it's not a yaoi series), and athrunxkira from Gundam SEED (also not a yaoi series). But my favori yaoi series is Hyakujitsu no Bara.

I like BB x L, L x Light, and Mello x Matt from Death Note ( I know it's not a yaoi show... Geez quit yelling at me). Honestly though I like Junjou Romantica.
