I believe Samurai 7 may have some shonen-ai, but not "YAOI yaoi" if toi know what I mean.

Also, Hetalia has a lot, and I mean a LOT, of yaoi fanfictions, but I don't think the actual animé has canon yaoi. It does, however, have some shonen, because of France and his rose. -.-

The only one I know is Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi

But there's also a couple animes that aren't mainly yaoi, but have a lot if fanservice and/or doujins.
