Not really sure how to feel about it
somethin’ in the way toi move
makes me feel like I can’t live without you
it takes me all the way,
I want toi to stay…
Ciel hugged his knees on the corner of his bed. His moon lit room seemed to glow with cold, lonely light as he looked up at the silvery moon. Ciel gave a long sigh. He had been waking in the middle of the night often now, and he couldn’t shake the amer feeling of loneliness from his mind. Ciel felt the corner of his eyes burn.
Damn it…, the earl thought to himself. He honestly had no idea why he felt so sad; it confused him so much… Ciel felt tears roll down his cheeks, and he whimpered quietly.
“Young master?” Ciel jumped at the sound of his butler’s voice. “Are toi feeling alright?” Ciel slowly turned to look at Sebastian, his eyes still moist. He tried to answer, but his voice betrayed him. All that came out was a soft sound, one that told of the sadness in Ciel’s mind. Ciel turned away quickly and sobbed quietly.
What a fool I’m making of myself! Ciel thought to himself in frustration. He then felt a warm hand on his shoulder and Sebastian’s warm breath on the back of his neck.
“My lord? Is there something wrong?” the demon whispered softly. Ciel took a sharp breath, and whimpered again. He turned towards Sebastian and pulled him down so that he was kneeling suivant to Ciel’s bedside. Ciel put his arms around Sebastian’s neck and nuzzled into his neck, now wailing loudly. Sebastian’s eyes widened in surprise. He wrapped his arms around Ciel’s waist, rubbing his back.
“What is it, young master?” he asked yet again.

“I… feel s-so lonely, please d-don’t l-leave me… I don’t w-want to be alone… p-please…” Ciel whispered between sobs. Ciel was shuddering uncontrollably, now, and occasionally hiccupped. Sebastian could tell that Ciel was truly upset, but he still wasn’t really sure about what he was upset about. He understood he felt lonely, but why? He leaned his head against Ciel’s, still rubbing his back soothingly.
“I won’t, I promise I won’t. I’ll stay par your side…” Sebastian a dit as he laid Ciel down on the bed. Ciel looked up at him, tears still in his eyes. He had stopped crying, but he still felt extremely emotional, and was likely to break at any little thing. Sebastian stood up, and Ciel whimpered a bit until he realized Sebastian was about to sit beside him. Once Sebastian had sat down beside Ciel, he stroked the younger’s hair.
“Shh, it’s okay…” the butler cooed. Ciel pulled Sebastian suivant to him on the bed, and curled into his chest, breathing softly. Sebastian wrapped his arms around Ciel and pulled the covers over both of them. “I’ll always be with you…”
