Reminiscing she flashes back back to time when she was younger.
"Father won't you stay and play with me a little while."
"I'm too busy Darlin';Stay and play with the kitty and when i get back well go to the village and have a jolly old time"

These times were no more now.
She was now just like every other girl in america.
All she had now was her 3 yearr old daughter Annabelle.

(The POV seems to have changed..)

As she goes to put her daughter down for a nap, that all too familiar ring of urgency starts blaring again. She puts down Annabelle, who's now crying, and rushes into the smoke filled kitchen.
"I'll never get used to these high tech kitchen gadgets", she silently cries.

this sound she heard many times since she had moved to this crazy country america. she quikly grabed a broom and stareted poking around in to the smoke. she pulled out the broom to see that it to was on fire.
