Does anyone know if Allison Scagliotti will become an official cast member? ou is she leaving the show?

From watching her entrance into the Warehouse 13 cast. She appears to be the Ying to Arty's Yang. A balance so to speak. But from the way she experiments with the artifacts, she may take a break from time to time, par being trapped in another dimension. She is definately the comic relief to Arty's brash and secretive behavior. He is often impressed par her ingenuity, but never shows it. In closing, I don't see her going anywhere but up in the nourriture chain to maybe a field agent, but on rare occasions her talents maybe put to use.
