The reason why toi and other people might not like this ship could be that in some parts of the world they have been introduced as twins but in other it has not been in confirmed. BUT I'm NOT sure if that is correct I just seem to remember lire it somewhere. ;-)
Well I've asked a whole bunch of people why, and most of them a dit Rin x Len was cute. I don't understand why they think that, it's just disgusting not cute. It's like dating yourself.

Well them being viewed as boyfriend/ girlfriend ou as brother/sister is really up to the fans. Since fans make the vocaloid songs there is many songs supporting both sides. Originally according to the company that made them Kagamine means mirror, ou in this case mirror image. they where supposed to just be boy girl opposites of each other. But vocaloid belong to the fans so if toi view them as be Len x Rin then that's up to you, weather because it's interesting,cute, ou that's just what toi thought when toi first saw them.
Exactly, Kagami means mirror and ne means sound, therefore, mirror images. But it really is all in perspective ( sorry if it sounds like I'm repeating her :P)
I don't really have any idea why people ship Rin x Len. Because I'm a weirdo who will never ship any Vocaloid pairing! Why? Because the characters don't really have any canon personalities ou the like, and even if they do, they don't really play that much importance to peoples portrayals of them. Basically, people can portray the Vocaloid characters as they like as one person could see, for example, Miku as a tsundere ou something but someone else may think she's extremely hyperactive.
Because of this means people also have various different portrayals of Rin and Len. While viewing them as brother and sister seems to be the most populaire portrayal of the two, last time I checked Crypton never out right stated that the two were related. So it's just a portrayal, nothing canon. But as I said, not everyone vues Rin and Len as siblings. Some view the pair as being mirror images of one another, I've even seen a portrayal of them that it's just a coincidence that they look alike.
So basically, my answer to this would be. Not everyone vues Rin and Len as brother and sister and may view their relationship and/or why they look so similar differently and because of this different portrayal, means they're okay with shipping them and do not view it as incest because they don't think they're related.

I agree with th this a lot. I don't ship any vocaloid because they're personalities depend on the song.

Umm.. Because they can. :/ Nowhere does it say that Crypton has made it official that it was any type of incest pairing whatsoever. In fact, Crypton strongly acknowledged the fact that various people viewed their relationships differently. Originally, they were to be /mirror/ /images/. Crypton at one point did have the idea of them being twins, but it was /NOT/ adopted. They announced in a magazine interview that Rin X Len was soon to become an official pairing, but in the end they decided /THEY WERE //NOT// LOVERS, THE SAME WAY THEY AREN'T TWINS ou RELATED./ So, I don't get why people have to hate on certain pairings, such as this one. They call it "disgusting" when in reality, they're not even related so why not let them be?? Even /if/ they WERE twins, just let people do whatever they want to do. It's not like it's going to effect the rest of your life with some sort of catastrophe. Don't like it, then don't look at the reality of things. Almost (if any) no pairings are official in Vocaloid. And yeah. I ship Rin and Len, and I don't give two rats about what people say to it. Thank you~ <3 Rin X Len for life. (Note: I'm sorry if my post came off as disrespectful to anyone, but these sort of things really get me annoyed and angered.)
I have no idea how to explain someone's opinion so I'm just going to say this: Not everyone is going to like what toi do. Some people may think it's cute, while others think it is gross. It's just, like, hard to explain and shit. I dunno.

What they're viewed as is up to the fans. Some people view them as twins, others as lovers. They've never actually been confirmed as twins, so some people like them being together because they think it's cute. Others just like incest pairings and put them together for that reason. I personally don't care what they're depicted as. I can see them as being anything. The great thing about Vocaloid is that the characters are left up to the fans' imagination for the most part. To me, if a certain song says the Kagamines are twins, then they're twins in that storyline. Another song says they're lovers, then they're amoureux in that storyline. It doesn't matter to me because the songs are great, and the stories they tell are creative either way. I don't like limiting the Kagamines to one thing, when there are many possibilities to how they could interact.
I dont see them as a couple as they are actually mirror images. The word kagamine means 'mirror image' in japanese. So it would be like going out with your reflection ou sibling. In several sites it says theyre siblings but in others it says mirror images. I prefer siblings.But i dont understand why peple consider them a couple

She is right about the mirror images, in fact Rin is supposed to stand for right and Len for left. I like them as a couple cause, well, theyre just too cute together XD
Wow, so if the person toi like ou who likes toi is same age as you, just that their birthdate is earlier ou later that year, you'd find them gross? That's really mean.
Um...well it's up to you...they were not really confirmed if they are siblings ou not. If the fans wants them,then we cant stop them...Also me,I don't really ship them,I see them as siblings and its weird but I respect ships and I don't really care about it XD
