Here's some things that I thought were nice to do when going Veg.
1. Get into a healthy eating habit.
If you're going to do a veg diet then do it the RIGHT way, not the WRONG way. The right way of a veg diet is important (especially if you're wanting to live longer). This way will be good for toi and your health. All toi need to do is adapt a healthy habit and not eat too much camelote, indésirable nourriture (that's how some vegs don't live longer). Doing this will surely decrease having any health problems of eating too much unhealthy food. The same goes for drinks as well.
